NCBI application on target gene and CLC

1. NCBL：http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/

先到NCBL的網站上，選Gene然後搜尋所要的基因。在這邊我所要搜尋的是MIF(Macrophage migration inhibitory factor)。

2. 點選完所要查詢的target，會出現許多的相關資訊。

 

3. 點選FASTA後進到下一個頁面，然後點選Send>>Complete Record>>File>>FASTA>>Create File，把所要的基因序列download。

4. 把download下來的基因序列，用CLC軟體開啟。
